Welcome to Shine, CrossWay Church Women’s Ministry, designed for every woman no matter what her age or stage in life! Our Bible studies, programs and special events have been prayerfully planned to meet your needs in this season for His purpose. We want you to be encouraged as you develop friendships and to be enriched as you study God’s Word. There is a place for you to participate and to serve in the Women’s Ministry at CrossWay Church. We invite you to join us as we endeavor to know, love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ!

Our purpose is to become an authentic community of women committed to Christ, our families, and each other through discipleship, service and fellowship; to build up one another to the full measure of Christ whether young or old, married or divorced, single or widowed.

Women’s Bible Study

This Spring we will be studying Beth Moore's "Living Beyond Yourself." This is a 10-week study exploring the Fruit of the Spirit as presented in the book of Galatians. Beth walks participants through each trait listed and encourages women to know the freedom of a Spirit-filled life. Feel free to come fellowship for a half hour before the study starts on either day.

The study is offered:

• Mondays at 6:00 p.m. beginning March 12, in the Community Room
• Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. beginning March 13, in the Community Room

Cost: $20 for the study guide.

Childcare will be provided, however pre-registration for each child is required. Cost is $3/child per day.

Mommy Matters

Mommy Matters hosts a Bible study and activities specifically for mothers with young children. They meet:

• Every other Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in Room 103, beginning Jan 5, 2012.

Meals for Moms

Meals for Moms is a ministry that provides meals for moms with new babies in order to minister to needs of the family.

Crafty Ladies

This ministry meets the first Monday morning of each month to make articles for our missionaries, Children’s Hospital and the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. If you can use scissors, we can use you. Contact: Juanita Scott or Sandy Krambs.
