James Kinsey, Operations Director
James has a background in
finance with an accounting degree obtained in 2000 from Cornerstone University.
In 2005 James moved to Wisconsin and found his way to Waste Management where he
served as a Staff Accountant. He began attending CrossWay Church in the summer
of 2006 and quickly started volunteering and becoming involved as a member at
the church. After a year of volunteering his time mowing the church lawn, he
was asked to consider serving as treasurer. He served in this capacity for
three years.
In the spring of 2010, CrossWay created an Operations Director position, and James was pleased to join CrossWay's staff in July of 2010. His love for CrossWay and the work God is actively doing in the church made it a pure joy for James to make the decision to move from the corporate world into full-time vocational ministry where he believes God has placed him to do his part in making Ephesians 4:17-19 a reality at CrossWay.
